Google censorship of “Left” sites

This, as well as several other articles, shows explicitly how Google is manipulating search results to weed out alternative sites. For about a day so far, I have been trying to wean myself off of the Google services addiction. Over the years, it has only gotten worse, first using only Blogger, but over time adding just about every service Google offers, including Google Chrome browser.

So, for the time being, as much as I can (because I know I will have to check my Google account periodically) I am using Firefox again. I have the Pale Moon browser which I like better on another device. I am using Duck Duck Go to search, even though I believe it is relying very much on Google search. And I am using the alternatives to Google products for every product I can replace. for instance, instead of YouTube I go for Vimeo or Bitchute. The Internet Archive is good for about everything.

Anyway, it is the best I can do for now, and I hope the WSWS and others expose Google censorship to the point where they have to relent. Until then, I will avoid using google as much as possible, and understand that the internet is being censored.
